My Personal Recommendations

A Little About Me
- Worked in a Call-Centre since 2002…
- Was actually on Customer Services, which didn't suit my personality…
- Developed insomnia since 2000, wouldn't know this until 2013 (yeah… I know…)…
- Was told as a kid I had Asperger's, however after later digging, realized that it was more mercury poisoning (thank you, Thiomersal…) which actually caused mild ADHD and slight paranoia… a wonderful combo ;-)…
- Went to work, usually having 4 hours of decent sleep… meant I was tired and essentially in a, ‘hypnotic state' most of the time…
- Once I realized what was going on (after years of Chronic Depression, OCD, Burnout as well as thinking of Suicide and having Suicide Ideation) had to make changes…
- Led to me using Mindfulness meditation, NLP, Hypnosis, Timeline Therapy, Theta Meditation, as well as other psychological tips and Exercises…
- I even know the best supplements to use as well as the best apps for brain performance, and will share some of them here;-)
